Fuck following. Start leading. That’s exactly our problem. We are constantly waiting for some other guy or chick out there to tell us what to do, how to do it, when to do it - or why to do it. Fuck waiting for others - make a move. Grow some balls. Men are there to rule, and lead. Not follow orders from incompetent morons that have more confidence than you. Why the fuck would you let that happen? Wake up. You are either a pimp or a hoe. You lead or follow, the employee or the boss.

Believe me, being the boss if far more interesting. Yes, it takes more responsibility - but it gives you more power. You have to get the confidence. Fuck what others think. What you think is most important, it’s your life, not their’s. I’m not saying you should ask for constructive advice from smart people, but don’t wait for others to make a move. Take initiative. In life, if you want something get done - do it yourself. People are often idiots, it’s hard to count on them. But yourself? Count on yourself, trust yourself. Belive in yourself - and others will too. That’s how we operate. If you are not strong enough to take charge and lead, not only when it is necessary, but in general in life - then... you are a piece of shit, and you should stay like that, since you don’t deserve better anyway.
